Cancellation Policies PREPAID NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Cancellation and changes: Reservations are non-cancellable, non-changeable and no refunds are available in the event of a no-show.
- Acceptance: Confirmation of the reservation implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policies STANDARD RATE
- Cancellation of standard rate reservations is permitted up to 5 days prior to arrival without penalty.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Changes to the reservation can be made up to 5 days prior to arrival, subject to availability and any rate differences.
